I just got off the phone with my fertility doctor's office. I go in for my pre-op appointment with them on July 1st at 8 am. I then go straight to the hospital where I am having my surgery for their pre-op appointment at 10:15.
They also gave me the actual time for my surgery; 2:45 pm. Really?!?! I would much rather have it first thing in the morning so I don't have to worry about it all day.
There does seem to be a tiny bit of good news coming out of me having surgery. My parents are hopefully going to come down from Michigan to be with my husband and I. They haven't been to see us since we moved, and we have only gone back twice since we moved to Florida. I miss them a lot and my mom comforts me when I am crazy stressed and nervous, so hopefully they will be able to come. Too bad it took for me to have surgery to get them here!!

Hi, Mindy! This is one of the many Jennifers from ROTE (Niffercoo is my name over there, too). I saw the link to this blog and had to come read because my husband and I struggled with infertility as well. I had/have a luteal phase defect so we got pregnant easily, but had numerous miscarriages. We have three children now thanks to modern science! Reading your blog brought back memories of meds and charting and doctor's appointments. I will be praying for your upcoming surgery and will look forward to reading your updates.
